Nooksack Falls is a waterfall along the North Fork of the Nooksack River in Whatcom County, Washington. The water flows through a narrow valley and drops freely 88 feet into a deep rocky river canyon. The falls are viewable from the forested cover near the cliffs edge. Famous quotes containing the word falls:

    O how wretched
    Is that poor man that hangs on princes’ favors!
    There is betwixt that smile we would aspire to,
    More pangs and fears than wars or women have;
    And when he falls, he falls like Lucifer,
    Never to hope again.
    William Shakespeare (1564–1616)
