Noel Hickey (born 22 December 1980) is an Irish hurler who played as a full-back for the Kilkenny senior team.
Regarded as one of the greatest players of all-time, Hickey joined the team during the 2000 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement after the 2012 championship. During that time he won a record-equaling nine All-Ireland medals, eight of which were won on the field of play. He also won nine Leinster medals and three National League medals. Hickey was an All-Ireland runner-up on two occasions.
At club level Hickey is a one-time county club championship medalist with Dunnamaggin.
Hickey also has a number of personal achievements. He won three All-Star awards while he also won the All-Star Young Hurler of the Year award in his debut season.
