Works
He has composed a scripture named Bhakta Chintamani, describing the life history of Swaminarayan along with his sermons, his theory and the obstacles faced by him and his activities.
He has also composed twenty two other scriptures on various subjects (Purshottam Prakash, Yamdanda, among others). They are complied as Nishkulanand Kavya.
The swing with the twelve doors in the Vadtal Temple and the most artistic wooden thresholds in the inner temple of the Dholera Temple are a few of his works of art. In Gadhpur he used to display his art in diwali celebrations by presenting artistic plants and trees decorated with kindling lights and lighted canopy to cover the seat of Swaminarayan.

Famous quotes containing the word works:
“Most works of art are effectively treated as commodities and most artists, even when they justly claim quite other intentions, are effectively treated as a category of independent craftsmen or skilled workers producing a certain kind of marginal commodity.”
—Raymond Williams (19211988)
“Again we mistook a little rocky islet seen through the drisk, with some taller bare trunks or stumps on it, for the steamer with its smoke-pipes, but as it had not changed its position after half an hour, we were undeceived. So much do the works of man resemble the works of nature. A moose might mistake a steamer for a floating isle, and not be scared till he heard its puffing or its whistle.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“When life has been well spent, age is a loss of what it can well spare, muscular strength, organic instincts, gross bulk, and works that belong to these. But the central wisdom, which was old in infancy, is young in fourscore years, and dropping off obstructions, leaves in happy subjects the mind purified and wise.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (18031882)
