Peppas has supervised more than 780 researchers, visiting scientists and graduate students including 95 PhDs, of which 42 are now professors in other Universities. Many others have become leading biomedical scientists, engineers, physicians and medical professionals. Peppas’ former students are affectionately called “peppamers”.
