Village Amenities and Public Houses
New Radnor has only one pub - The Radnor Arms. The Eagle public house has been closed for some time. The village Post Office closed in 2008. There is a chapel, church, community centre or village hall, the war memorial and a primary school - currently teaching approx 80 pupils. Some years ago New Radnor narrowly missed out on the award for Best Kept village in Wales..
