Its founding members were Kieren Keke (a medical doctor), David Adeang (a legal counsel and former finance minister), Marlene Moses (former health minister), Roland Kun (director of the island's fisheries), Sean Oppenheimer (manager of Capelle's, the country's largest private enterprise), who has since resigned from the party due to death threats, and Sprent Dabwido (an insurance worker). Famous quotes containing the words philosophy, leading and/or members:

I would love to meet a philosopher like Nietzsche on a train or boat and to talk with him all night. Incidentally, I don’t consider his philosophy long-lived. It is not so much persuasive as full of bravura.
    Anton Pavlovich Chekhov (1860–1904)

So may I, blind fortune leading me,
Miss that which one unworthier may attain,

    George Berkeley (1685–1753)
