The National Hockey Stadium was a sports stadium in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, with a nominal capacity of around 4,000 seats, although this was temporarily increased to 9,000 from 2003 and 2007). The stadium no longer exists, having been replaced by a new headquarters building for Network Rail.
The Stadium was used by England Hockey as their national stadium from 1995 to 2003 and then as a professional football stadium (for first Wimbledon, then Milton Keynes Dons, as the club became in 2004) from 2003 to 2007.
In summer 2007, Milton Keynes Dons moved across Milton Keynes to their new stadium near Bletchley, the stadium mk, leaving the Hockey Stadium without a tenant. From then until late 2009 (when demolition began in preparation for the site to be redeveloped), the ground remained unused. In July 2012, the new Network Rail headquarters on the site became operational.

—Calvin Coolidge (18721933)
“The final upshot of thinking is the exercise of volition, and of this thought no longer forms a part; but belief is only a stadium of mental action, an effect upon our nature due to thought, which will influence future thinking.”
