Naroda is three miles from Ahmedabad(8 km), near the intersection of National Highway No. 8 and National Highway 59. It is near Bapunagar, which has a diamond market. Kalupur, the geographic center of Ahmedabad, is at a distance of 5 km.
Naroda has two parts: Juna Naroda (Old Naroda) and Nava Naroda (New Naroda).
