Hip Hop
KRU is the most successful Hip Hop group in Malaysia. After bringing Rap music to the masses in 1992, they established their own record label creating the first Malaysian girl group Feminin and R&B crooners Indigo. Feminin debuted at RTM Eid ul-Fitr special in 1993 marking the start of the 90s girl group era.
