Funeral, Burial and Family Anger
Nixzmary Brown's funeral was held at St. Mary Church on Manhattan's Lower East Side. According to a Newsday report, there was considerable anger during the burial of Nixzmary Brown, with two sides of Brown's family present. Rodriguez's sister, Iris, showed up unexpectedly and her appearance prompted shouts by others to leave, and at least one comment of 'not being welcome'.
