Deathmatch and race gameplay options are available. Some gameplay elements include checkpoints, spawn points, power-ups, weapons and various objects ranging from ramps to exploding barrels. Many online servers contain custom gamemodes which use the scripting engine supplied with Multi Theft Auto.
