A move over law is a law which requires motorists to move over and change lanes to give safe clearance to law enforcement officers. Famous quotes containing the words move and/or law:

America is not so much a nightmare as a non-dream. The American non-dream is precisely a move to wipe the dream out of existence. The dream is a spontaneous happening and therefore dangerous to a control system set up by the non-dreamers.
    William Burroughs (b. 1914)

The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony
of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.
Bible: Hebrew Psalm XIX (l. XIX, 7)
