Most Blessed Sacrament Elementary School was a Catholic School within the Archdiocese of Louisville that merged with Our Lady of Mount Carmel Elementary School, S.S. Simon & Jude Elementary School, and St. Thomas More Elementary School in 2005 to form St. Nicholas Academy.
