Adjacent to the area under construction, a large industrial area will be evacuated in order to make space for more skyscraper projects. Among them might be purpose-built headquarters for important Russian companies, in a similar way to La Defense in Paris. Another name for the project is: "Novy Center" or in Russian: "The New Center".
