Headteacher Honoured
The headteacher of the school, Alasdair Uist Macdonald, was among hundreds of those listed in the New Year List of 2007. He has been knighted for services to education, with his extensive work on improving the school, by improving teaching skills and achievements by pupils in their SATs and GCSEs results. He now holds the title of Sir' Alasdair Macdonald'.
