Morita Therapy

Morita therapy is a purpose-centered, response oriented therapy from Japan, created in the 1930s by Dr. Shoma Morita.

Morita therapy has been described as cognate to Albert Ellis's rational-emotive therapy. It also has commonalities with cognitive behavioral therapy.
