A manga about a side character from Gundam SEED Destiny named Heine Westenfluss actually revealed that Morgan's 105 Dagger was heavily damaged in the Second Battle of Jachin Due; Morgan had fought Westenfluss in his YFX-600R GuAIZ Experimental Firearms Type. Morgan was able to shoot off the GuAIZ's right leg and destroyed its beam rifle; Westenfluss, on the other hand, was able to destroy the left arm of Morgan's 105 Dagger, as well as two of its gunbarrels. The duel was undecided, as it was interrupted by the firing of GENESIS. Morgan's 105 Dagger was heavy damaged, but it is unknown whether Westenfluss or the GENESIS beam was the culprit; Morgan himself survived nearly unscratched, and it is possible that he could have won the fight if GENESIS had not fired, as he had his remaining gunbarrels and his beam rifle aimed at Westenfluss, while his opponent only had his beam sabers left.
