Mohammad Usman of Madras - Honors

Honors

Usman was knighted in 1928 and a Knight Commander of the Order of the Indian Empire in the New Year Honours of 1933. On 14 June 1945, he was appointed a KCSI.

Usman Road, a thoroughfare in T. Nagar, Chennai is named after Mohammad Usman.
