Candace L. Collins (born May 26, 1957 in Dupo, Illinois) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its December 1979 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Richard Fegley. In 2008 she was working for the magazine Today's Chicago Woman as fashion editor.
