Drew Leachman (born April 21, 1989) is an American minor league baseball outfielder in the Minnesota Twins organization. Leachman was selected by the Twins in the 37th round (1,138th overall) in the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft. He stands at 6 feet 3 inches and 210 pounds.

Leachman prepped at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School in Mobile, AL. He hit .390 with 8 doubles and 14 stolen bases for the Yellow Jackets and was named to the 2007 All-District, All-Conference and All-Area teams under head coach David Weems.

Leachman went onto to play collegiately for the Birmingham-Southern College Panthers, a member of NCAA Division III in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. As a freshman in 2008, Leachman hit .351 with 12 doubles, 23 RBI and 8 stolen bases, while primarlily playing third base before transitioning to outfield at the end of the year. His team finished with a 20-20 record with a roster consisting of twenty-four freshman.

In 2009, Leachman had a .404 batting average, totaling 13 doubles and 43 RBI while helping lead the Panthers to a 28-11 win and their first SCAC East Division championship as starting left fielder. For his efforts, he was named American Baseball Coaches Association All-South Region and All-SCAC. He followed up his sophomore campaign helping lead the Panthers to another SCAC East Division championship and a 34-5 record, while hitting .433 with 5 Home Runs and 51 RBIs while leading the conference in Runs Scored (61) and Triples (5) and was 15 for 17 in Stolen Bases, also compiling a perfect 1.000 Fielding Percentage his junior season. At an overall record of 34-5, the Panther finish was the best in school history and the highest winning percentage in the country.

In his final year at BSC, Leachman, hit a conference best .451 and helped the Panthers to a 30-9 overall record in 2011 and the program's second straight 30-win season. He also ranked in the top-10 in the league in nine offensive categories, while ranking second in the nation in runs and hits. Leachman also was named first team American Baseball Coaches Association All-American, first team All-South Region, National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association South Region Player of the Year, and Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of and SCAC Player of the Year, in addition to being named one of BSC’s Male Athletes of the Year.

In his first season as a member of the Twins, Leachman debuted with the Gulf Coast League Twins in Fort Myers, FL. He hit .237 in 44 games in his first professional season, finishing second on the team in RBI (20) and walks (19).

He currently is in Low A with the Beloit Snappers in the Midwest League
