Miller Pipeline, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a natural gas distribution, transmission pipeline and utility contracting company. The company provides a range of pipeline contracting and rehabilitation services for natural gas, liquids, water and wastewater pipelines. In the fall of 2006, Vectren purchased Duke Energy's interest in Miller Pipeline, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Vectren. Combined with its wholly owned sister company Minnesota Limited, Miller Pipeline has approximately 2,200 construction professionals and generated $421 million in gross revenues for 2011.
