Milan shares its school system with nearby Berlin Heights; the combined school district is known as the Edison Local Schools, and the high school teams are the "Edison Chargers". Edison High School offers college courses from Kenyon College and Findlay University. Contained within the school district are Edison Elementary, Edison Middle School, and Edison High School.
