Board Games Designed
In 1990, during his time with TSR, Pondsmith co-designed three two-player board games for the publisher.
- Attack in the Asteroids with Paul Lidberg and Kim Mohan
- Battle for the Sprawls with Paul Lidberg
- Craters of Tharsis with Paul Lidberg
Additionally R. Talsorian Games released Pondsmith's board game GoDice! in 2006. The initial release of Mekton is also considered to be a board game.

Famous quotes containing the words board, games and/or designed:
“This morning I threw up at a board meeting. I was sure the cat was out of the bag, but no one seemed to think anything about it; apparently its quite common for people to throw up at board meetings.”
—Jane Wagner (b. 1935)
“In 1600 the specialization of games and pastimes did not extend beyond infancy; after the age of three or four it decreased and disappeared. From then on the child played the same games as the adult, either with other children or with adults. . . . Conversely, adults used to play games which today only children play.”
—Philippe Ariés (20th century)
“Night City was like a deranged experiment in Social Darwinism, designed by a bored researcher who kept one thumb permanently on the fast-forward button. Stop hustling and you sank without a trace, but move a little too swiftly and youd break the fragile surface tension of the black market; either way, you were gone ... though heart or lungs or kidneys might survive in the service of some stranger with New Yen for the clinic tanks.”
—William Gibson (b. 1948)
