Michael Theodore Lardon, born on May 25, 1960 in New York City, is considered among the country’s most prominent sport psychiatrists. An Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California at San Diego School of Medicine, in addition to being author of "Finding Your Zone: 10 Core Lessons for Peak Performance in Sports and Life" (Penguin 2008). Often on local and national television, as well as radio and speaking engagements at public and private events, Dr. Lardon is a sought-after speaker.
