In January 2007 was hired as an assistant coach to Paul Krumpe with the men's soccer team at Loyola Marymount University.
Erush, having played with the amateur Hollywood United team in Los Angeles for several years, was hired as the first ever head coach of the Hollywood United Hitmen in the USL Premier Development League in 2009. He moved to become player-assistant coach of Orange County Blue Star in 2010.
