Laurence Michael Dillon (born Laura Maud Dillon; 1 May 1915 – 15 May 1962) was a British physician and the first female-to-male transsexual to undergo phalloplasty. His brother, Sir Robert Dillon, was the eighth Baronet of Lismullen in Ireland.
