Beliefs
Armstrong speaks out against sex, drugs, rock and roll, masturbation, smoking, and pornography. He calls himself a "homophobe" and performs a song entitled, The Homo Song. He refers to “real Muslims" as terrorists. On the subject of women, Armstrong has said, "Women have two places: In front of the sink and behind the vacuum." He believes that you can lose your salvation and you must work to maintain your salvation; You will not be saved unless you stop sinning.

Famous quotes containing the word beliefs:
“Its an indulgence to sit in a room and discuss your beliefs as if they were a juicy piece of gossip.”
—Lillian Hellman (19071984)
“All beliefs are bald ideas.”
—Francis Picabia (18781953)
“Airplanes are invariably scheduled to depart at such times as 7:54, 9:21 or 11:37. This extreme specificity has the effect on the novice of instilling in him the twin beliefs that he will be arriving at 10:08, 1:43 or 4:22, and that he should get to the airport on time. These beliefs are not only erroneous but actually unhealthy.”
—Fran Lebowitz (b. 1950)
