Mayonnaise Alternatives
For people with serious health conditions, where cholesterol is of big concern, or egg allergies, but also for vegans and religious vegetarians, who abstain from egg consumption there are growing numbers of egg-free, mayonnaise-like spreads available. The most well known American brands are Nayonaise and Vegenaise. Some egg-free mayonnaise alternatives are also soy-free.
