- The Ministry of Education announced that secondary school applicants to junior colleges can do so before their examination results are released. (CNA)
- The Agency for Science, Technology and Research has accepted the second apology by blogger Chen Jiahao after rejecting the first as "insincere", in the wake of what it alleges to be "defamatory statements" made against the organisation by Mr Chen. (CNA)
