Max Jean

Max Jean (born 27 July 1943 in Marseille) is a former racing driver from France. He participated in one Formula One Grand Prix driving a March for Frank Williams, in his home race on 4 July 1971. He scored no championship points.

Before reaching Formula One he was French Formula Ford champion in 1968, and did some Formula Three and Formula Two racing, including a few races for Ron Dennis. His name was incorrectly listed as Jean Max on an entry form once, and he was often known by this name subsequently.
