Marshall Goldsmith lives with his wife, Dr. Lyda Goldsmith, in Rancho Santa Fe, California. He has two children, Bryan Goldsmith and Dr. Kelly Goldsmith. Kelly was a contestant on the third season of the hit CBS show Survivor, which took place in Africa that season. She then received her Ph.D. from Yale University and is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Bryan is managing a real estate business in Austin, TX.
