Marsaxlokk Football Club is a Maltese football club from the town of Marsaxlokk, which currently plays in the Maltese First Division League. The club was founded in 1949. Marsaxlokk won the Maltese Premier League title for the first time in their history, after finishing as league champions for the 2006-07 season.

Some famous foreign players that have played for the team have been Chris Bart-Williams, Donatas Vencevičius, Haruna Doda, Florent Raimy, Aleksandar Madzar, Roger Walker, and Daniel Webb. The team has had its share of famous coaches as well, including Brian Talbot, Ray Farrugia, Joseph John Aquilina and Michael Degiorgio. Maltese stars Danijel Bogdanovic, Justin Haber, Luke Dimech, David Carabott, Cleavon Frendo, André Schembri, Kevin Sammut and Brian Said have all played for the team.
