Mars Hill Church currently meets at fourteen locations (Ballard, Shoreline, West Seattle, Bellevue, Downtown, Olympia, U-District, Federal Way, Rainer Valley, Orange County, Sammamish, Portland, Everett, and Albuquerque, NM) with a total of thirty-seven services each Sunday.
- Ballard church. Led by pastor Bill Clem.
- Bellevue church. Led by pastor Thomas Hurst and is where pastor Mark Driscoll preaches live. The preaching is sent electronically to the other campuses.
- Downtown Seattle church. Led by pastor Tim Gaydos and is located in the historic Daniels Recital Hall, formerly the First United Methodist Church
- Shoreline church. Led by pastor Steve Tompkins.
- West Seattle church. Led by pastor David Fairchild.
- Olympia church. Led by pastor Steven J Mulkey.
- U-District church is a plant of the Ballard campus. Led by pastor Justin Holcomb.
- Federal Way church. Led by pastor Bubba Jennings at Saghalie Middle School.
- Albuquerque, New Mexico church. Led by pastor Donovan Medina.
- Orange County, California church. Led by pastor Nick Bogardus.
- Everett church. Led by pastor Scott Mitchell.
- Portland church. Led by pastor Tim Smith.
