In 1997 Oldman co-founded Vault.com, a company providing career information associated with popular media. He served as president of Vault.com until its sale in 2007 to a private equity firm. With his co-founders H.S. Hamadeh and Samer Hamadeh, Oldman won Crain’s Top Entrepreneur's Award, and the Harvard Business School Club’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
Oldman is an investor and advisor to health and beauty website zeel.com.
