Mark Halsey
Mark R. Halsey (born 8 July 1961) is an English professional football referee who was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, and is currently based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Halsey has refereed primarily in the Premier League since 1999 and has been on the League's list of Select Group Referees since its creation in 2001.
He has refereed a number of notable matches, including the FA Community Shield in 2007 and the 2008 final of the Football League Cup.
