Mario Ochoa is an Argentine serial rapist. On July 20, 2007 Ochoa was sentenced to a 16-year prison term for 16 counts of sexual abuse against disabled girls. After the sentencing, Ochoa escaped and was a fugitive until August 15, 2007 when he went to the police office and was arrested.
