Maria Georgina Grey

Maria Georgina Grey (1816–1906), was an educationist and writer in the United Kingdom who promoted women’s education and was one of the founders of the organisation that became Girls' Day School Trust. Grey was often referred to during her career as Mrs William Grey, using the name of her husband.
