Local 212 Lawsuit
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 212 has sued Manley Burke for legal negligence. Local 212 claims that Manley Burke failed to warn them regarding environment liabilities over the purchase of a property across from the American Laundry Complex in 2004. After the purchase, Local 212 learned that the property was certified as a "green" redevelopment which they claim Manley Burke knew about.
