Ramchandra Joshi's sons have also created some shining moments for Mandleshwar. Elder son Mr. Sandeep R Joshi was the first person who started Computer Education in Malwa-Nimar belt in 1992. He has written book on Operating System for MP Hindi Grantha Academy. Recently he's working for Bollywood and created many Ad-Films. Recently his written film Rajaaji in Bhojpuri was released in May 2012. Youngest son Mr. Amar Joshi was the first who achieved the title of NRI for this region (started career with HP Singapore in 1999, then join Uniliver USA & Recently working with Advizex USA). Currently he's in USA and one of the top 150 Disaster Recovery & HP Digital Storage consultant worldwide. One of the most senior and respected engineer from the town is Mr. Kailash Keshre, who worked with TATA Power for many years, has also worked overseas on many projects. He is a 1974 batch passed out engineer from SGSITS, Indore.
