Organized events in commemoration of the Battle of Makrakomi; three-day Carnival festivities in Makrakomi. Traditional festivals in Makrakomi (on Agiou Pnevmatos Day ) and all the other villages. Music nights, dedicated events, exhibitions and theatricals are also put on in summer.
