Classes are usually small, with no more than 12 students per class. Each student is given an advisor, who they meet with once a week to ensure that things are going well with cabinmates, peers, teachers, and parents.

Famous quotes containing the words general and/or information:
“There was not a tree as far as we could see, and that was many miles each way, the general level of the upland being about the same everywhere. Even from the Atlantic side we overlooked the Bay, and saw to Manomet Point in Plymouth, and better from that side because it was the highest.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
“Rejecting all organs of information ... but my senses, I rid myself of the Pyrrhonisms with which an indulgence in speculations hyperphysical and antiphysical so uselessly occupy and disquiet the mind.”
—Thomas Jefferson (17431826)
