Mahmoud Yavari (Persian: محمود یاوری, born 22 April 1939) is a retired Iranian football coach and player. He was head coach of Iran national football team in a short period of time in 1984. He has coached in many teams like Zob Ahan, Sepahan, Shahin Bushehr, Tractor Sazi, Pas Tehran, Pas Hamedan, Rah Ahan and Fajr Sepasi. He is one of the oldest and the most experienced head coaches in the Iranian football history.
