Kay-Shawn
Kay Shawn or Ka Son (Nicole Randall Johnson) is a customer care executive who takes her job way too seriously. She is somewhat an antithesis of Cloret. She talks rapidly and is very strict about people not adhering to the rules or timings. She often puts people on hold to catch her breath, although she is not the one to start the abuses but she reacts very strongly to abuses with returning with insults like calling the person "fecal matter" and "dookie". She has appeared in four sketches: as an airport security personnel, bouncer at a discothèque, and phone based customer care representative for cable services and valentines shopping network. A similar character also appeared earlier as a women who appears for a job interview, which hints at the origin of the character, the interviewer (Michael McDonald) says that he is obliged by law to give her the job even though he thinks she is "out of her mind"
Her common catchphrase is when the frustrated customer yells "thank you" to her she yells back "you're welcome" in an equally loud and harsh tone.
