New Line Cinema is developing a movie version of MacGyver with Dino De Laurentiis originally as executive producer, since his death in 2010, his daughter Raffaella De Laurentiis, and his wife Martha De Laurentiis will be producing the film along with series creator Lee Zlotoff and will sign Australian director James Wan to direct the MacGyver feature film.
