Temporary Closure
Waterside Station, along with the stations at Castlerock and Bellarena, temporarily closed in July 2012 to allow essential track relaying and bridge repair works to begin.
Bus substitution services are currently running between Coleraine and Londonderry on a similar timetable to the previous rail service. These connect at Coleraine with rail services to Great Victoria Street or Portrush.
The station is planned to re-open in April 2013 with an improved rail service.
