Lok Wah Estate is located on Chun Wah Road, northern Kwun Tong Town Central. It is divided into 2 parts: Lok Wah South Estate (樂華南邨) and Lok Wah North Estate (樂華北邨), together with 14 blocks of residential buildings. According to the District Council Election 2003, the estimated population in Lok Wah Estate was around 31500.
