It serves consumer packaged goods, distribution, high-tech, manufacturing, process and chemical, and retail industries. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Chicago, Illinois. Since April 11, 2007, LogicTools has been a subsidiary of ILOG, which became an IBM company in January 2009.
