Non-tax revenue constitutes 51% of the total own collected revenue (Own collected revenue does not contain assigned and shared taxes and grant in-aid) of Grama Panchayats, 42.62% in the case of Municipalities and 24.39% in the case of Corporations in the past. This is an important source that can be enhanced considerably.
