Live Session EP (i Tunes Exclusive)
Live Session EP (iTunes Exclusive) is the third album and first EP released by pop-folk band The Weepies. It was exclusively released in the iTunes Music Store on August 15, 2006. It includes live renditions of five previously recorded songs by Deb Talan and Steve Tannen.
Tracks 1, 5 and 6 appeared on Talan's A Bird Flies Out (2003); track 2 appeared on Tannen's debut album, Big Señorita (2000); track 3 appeared on the band's previous album, Say I Am You (2006); and track 4, "Old Coyote", was released on the band's next album, Hideaway.
The EP was recorded live in one afternoon in the summer of 2006 at The Record Plant in Los Angeles.
