Livadi

Livadi (Greek: Λιβάδι) is a town and a former municipality in the Larissa regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Elassona, of which it is a municipal unit. Population 3,187 (2001). It borders the Pieria regional unit to the northeast, and the Kozani regional unit to the northwest. The municipality was created under the 1997 Kapodistrias Law by merging Livadi and Dolichi. Livadi is located west of Pythio and Katerini, NNW of Larissa, north of Elassona and southeast of Kozani.
